    With 30 years plus of dental experience, I am available on short notice, or scheduled in advance, to back-fill your office’s hygienist to ensure your dental services continue to operate seamlessly. My contracted fee will save you, the Employer expenses of an employee (e.g. CPP, EI, workers compensation premiums, statutory holidays, vacation pay, and any other benefits your office may offer your employees). It is important to also consider the lost revenue of not generating future treatments because patients have not been seen for recalls or radiographs due to the absence of your hygienist.

     

    In addition, have you ever considered incorporating Hygiene Restorative Services into your practice? Under the guidance of very skilled dentists, I have gained exceptional skills and capabilities in the expanded role of hygiene restorative over the past 26 years. If you have two operatories and two assistants and are not ready/able to commit to hiring an associate on commission (or can’t find an associate to hire), we should talk about how my services can support you in that expansion. We can work together to book your routine restorative patients, thus allow you more time for major restorative cases.
